Hands down still one of the best companies for Customer Service! We had an issue with some of the doors and needed replacements, the manufacturer was out 4-6 months for the doors so Perigold replaced the entire vanity. I hope this works for me. At the moment it isn't on the second floor where it needs to be installed. Although I paid extra to have it taken upstairs, the movers wouldn't even entertain that bc of the weight. This is the only vanity that came with the countertop and sinks attached, making it very heavy. I should have refused delivery because now I may have to pay to ship back or take a chance of cracking the countertop if I try to move upstairs and into the bathroom. That is the 4stars. Because there is great customer service and followup with this company. And this in no way is a ding to the quality for the price. Just take note that it isn't in the descriptions of the vanities that countertops are or aren't shipped separate. I can only assume that with a 60inch they don't want to take a chance for breakage to ship in a separate box. I like the cabinet very much. Only keep in mind that if you are going to install it next to wall you need to know that there will be a gap since walls are not straight. Beautiful vanity. Solid, well made through out. Arrived in multiple boxes, securely packaged. Assembly was fairly easy until you get to the sinks and counter. Make sure you have help. The counter must be laid top down, so the under-mount sinks can be attached. Then the entire counter with sinks is lifted into place.
