Fern Cassidy was born in Oakland, CA, but grew up in Colorado. She enjoys traveling, being outdoors, food, and painting. Fern studied drawing and painting at CSU Long Beach, where she learned a lot from the professors she trained under, but most of her experience comes from her personal practice. She works in all mediums, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, and gouache, but also likes to experiment with textiles and fiber arts. I just received my order of American Classics which were a lovely selection - even with the English selection of William Shakespeare ) that stowed away with my American Classics they were all terrific. I did call customer service as the advertised pak states there are 10-12 copies - I only received seven (7) but as always, Ishmael at Wayfair provided exceptional customer service and provided a fair discount to offset the discrepancy..
