I received my Dyson Air Purifier/ Humidifier as a tenure gift from my employer. I’ve had it about 7 weeks and very happy with my selection. I use it in my small 10x10 bedroom and it makes the room significantly cooler and the air fresher. It is very quiet and does not bother my sleeping at all. I did have some concerns with the humidifier not working, but after a little online research I didn’t have the humidity setting high enough. The Filter Kit contains a replacement Dust Filter and Deodorizing Filter. As a part of a multi-layered HEPA filtration system, the filters help the Bespoke Cube Air Purifier trap dust particles and remove unpleasant odors.

I like the air purifier itself but it is impossible to buy the filters. I contacted the parts website and facebook messenger, no luck. How are we supposed to continue using the air purifier without the filter? It’s only been a year since we purchased it.
