I bought this griddle to replace one which had seen better days. After searching online, I found this little gem at Perigold. BEST PAN EVER!! I hardly ever have time for writing reviews, however this is one I HAD to write about. After 3-4 purchases of the gold pans, that lasted for only 6-9 months, I finally found Le Creuset Frying Pan. It's worth every penny. So if you're hesitant on spending the money... it's worth every penny. Quality is key. If you spend cheap, you get cheap. Wish I found Le Creuset months ago.
