I am very happy with this vanity, sink, and countertop. I was a little disappointed in the fold down , full-length, cosmetic drawer (?). I had expected the container inside to be full-length, but it consists of two smaller containers with the space in the middle wasted. Also, this drawer (it really isn’t a drawer) does not open smoothly and easily. You have to tug. I oiled the hinges, so I’ll hoping that will help. My only complaint is that there is less storage underneath than I anticipated, as the top “drawer” contains just two small side sections, as the center of the drawer is open to accommodate the under mount sink.
