Willow creek teak warrants to the original purchaser that the products are free from material and workmanship defects with normal use and regular maintenance. The warranty is to the original owner only and starts at the date of purchase. The product frame and structural components warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. The fabric's warranty lasts for five (5) years from the date of the original purchase. Cushion-fill materials warranty lasts one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. The authorized retailer of record or purchaser will pay the freight/shipping costs for replaced products in North America for one (1) year from the date of the original purchase.
