This set was a replacement set because the first set did not work. This set also does not work. The stakes that come with the signs are too small to fit the face. The customer support representative I spoke with said we could get a full refund since they are defective. How do we start that process, please?

Simple, elegant design & significantly higher quality of construction than expected. It would have been nice if it were slightly larger, but I don’t feel I should deduct a star from its rating for this reason.
