Wayfair customer service stinks. Marcia should be fired. I talked to her about not getting no paper instructions with our Manchester / street side mailbox. She said she will get some advice from her supervisor & she never got back to me. That’s nice customer service . Then I had to call back & talked to Sarah who also got in contact with her supervisor in Texas. Everybody admits there should have been paper instructions in the mailbox. I asked to to send the paper instructions byFedX overnight but she couldn’t do it. So no I have to show the contractor the instructions on my I phone on Monday. You guys left me in a real mess . The mailbox is absolutely beautiful. I thought after getting the actual product the price was a little high. Other than that, it has worked great so far.
