VERY pretty, good size. Imagery is lacking, does not show the product details (I'm thankful to one of the reviewers who actually showed the inside where you roll up the hose, as the website only showed the decorative plate, and yes, I agree that the hardware is not on pair with the plate: it is not sturdy and doesn't really match the plate. BUT, hopefully it will keep the holder on the wall, and the hose will cover the ugly hardware.

It took awhile for my husband to actually mount this to the house but I guess he got tired of listening to me asking (nagging) him to do it. It looks great and it’s a better looking way to keep the hoses nicely organized instead of the typical hose holder. It is heavy enough to hold up to use but not too heavy to damage the house. It has a nice patina that matches the color of my house and I’ve had several people ask me where I bought it!
