great buy

Bought this based on reviews and Weber reputation. Paid to have it assembled before delivery. Easy to set up app and love the convenience being ‘smart’ provides. First ribs were amazing and clean up was a breeze. Looking forward to cooking some brisket and more ribs!

The weber smoque is easy to use and holds temperature perfectly. Has been a great addition to our outdoor kitchen. I love the web connectivity so you can control the unit from your phone.

I got the Smoque 22-inch pellet smoker and love it! It was easy to assemble, is well built and is very easy to use. The 22-inch has plenty of cooking surface to cook multiple things. I’ve done two smokes on it, a pork shoulder and burgers, and have been very pleased with the results. The Weber app controls everything and it was so easy to control an 8 hour smoke with it, from using smoke boost, to setting a timer to apply a mop, to following the temperature of the meat to the target temp. Can’t wait to smoke something else…

Overall, a really good grill. It comes up to temperature very quickly and cooks nicely. I actually own two of them, so that probably says something. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi connection. It doesn’t always seem to stay connected, and I haven’t been able to reliably start the grill through the app. Once I fire it up manually, though, everything works well and I’ve been very happy with it overall.
