I purchased this transformer to replace the same exact transformer that died. Even though this new one works, the first one only lasted just over two years. I would have thought that W.A.C would have replaced the dead transformer. However, W.A.C would not replace it because it was a few months past the warranty. For the amount of money I paid for my under cabinet lighting, I expected W.A.C to replace the transformer free of charge. So, yes the transformer works, however, I wouldn't recommend this manufacturer because they don't back up their products with good service.
