Two stars due to the fact that the initial one I received was faulty. I called the manufacturer (WAC) help line multiple times, they were extremely unhelpful, going as far as to tell me that it was my fault, I had ordered the wrong transformer for the job. Fortunately I knew better. Wayfair replaced the item no questions asked and the problem was solved. Thank you Wayfair for consistent A+ customer service!

UL & cUL listed electronic transformer is the perfect solution for wiring multiple low voltage fixtures. WAC transformers are intrinsically safer transformers because they are compartmentalized to allow no greater than 5 amps of current to be drawn on each compartment. Secondary wiring for transformers does not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques. This transformer has a low minimum load requirement of 1W to allow the use of LED products. Maybe dimmed using an electronic low voltage dimmer.

Additional Features

Equipped with on/off toggle switch and LED status indicators
Secondary wiring for Class 2 transformers does not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques
Note: Track Lighting is not universal. W.A.C. Lighting products can only be used with W.A.C. Lighting products or the warranty is void.
Input: 50/60Hz
Use for all initial installations to ensure safe and primary side connections in a wiring compartment
All connections must be made in an enclosure for proper installations
Drop down to a smaller gauge wire if space in fixture does not permit secure connection directly with the non-metallic sheathed cable
Built-in auto reset, soft start, short and overload circuit
Multiple output in 60w increments
