I wanted to love this diffuser but the fragrance is not potent at all and it only runs for a couple of hours before dying. The candles give more smell than this. It’s also water based which may be why the smell is so weak. I wouldn’t recommend, as this is definitely not worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not impressed, as it only works for 3 hours at a time and has to be recharged. Oils do not smell like the diffusers with the reeds. And the cost is way too high for this device.

It was amazing then it stopped working after a couple of uses. I got mine last August and now I am trying to use it but it doesn’t work at all.

Bought 2 of these. 1 just stopped working completely today. For the $$$$$ price, I thought they would last longer than cheap ones that I've had that worked for years & years. It looks great, works great, until it just doesn't. Total waste of money. VERY disappointed.

DO NOT BUY!!! Worked for one use !!! Then wouldn’t hold a charge. Company makes you jump through hoops to do return/exchanged !!! Total junk !!!!!

Had for about a year and it stopped working. It will turn on briefly then turn off. The red light will not turn green. Disappointing considering the price.
