I purchased the Voluspa ultrasonic fragrance oil diffuser hoping for its sleek cordless design and premium scents like Baltic Amber. Unfortunately, it has never worked at all — not even once. No mist, no response to buttons, and it feels completely dead out of the box. For a luxury-priced item, this is extremely disappointing and poor quality. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend. Contacted support and am hoping for a quick replacement or full refund.
