Visual Comfort bulbs are worth the extra cost. The warm color and frosted bulb always provide the perfect ambience for any space.

Beautiful, soft light. I'm a writer and this is just the light I need above my writing space. I'm able to dim it to suit my needs throughout the day. Always recommend frosted bulbs; they cast a nicer shadow. I also use the Visual Comfort chandelier frosted bulbs in my beautiful Hampton Medium chandelier. VC's luxurious lighting sets a lovely mood in my home.

Great bulbs for the bathroom and a fixture in my living room. Definitely worth the extra expense.

It is nice on my light fixture

I will choose to order these lightbulbs again and again for my clients--it is getting harder to find lightbulbs that are made entirely of glass and not half glass, half plastic, which distorts the light. The color/tone of this bulb is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend!
