The headrest cracked from the place where it’s supposed to be mounted on the bath tub the moment i put it on… this not that great of a product?

I loved the modern design of this product and the quality is very good. Unfortunately the way you head rests on it in the tub is very non-ergonomic and you feel as though your neck is pushed forward. I wanted to love it, but it fails in terms of comfort. Would be better if it had a matching back support wedge

Unless you are 6 feet tall, this address will not work for you. It requires you to push yourself up in an awkward way to keep your head in it. Definitely don’t buy it. Great quality though but Victoria and Albert need to redesign this right here for the Napoli.

I wanted to love this but no. It definitely cradles you head nicely but it’s at a very awkward angle. Needs shoulder and back support.
