The item is smaller than I expected...it doesn't fit in the holes I already have due to the door bell , cause the item is so small and not worth the price what I paid for it

I had a hard time finding a quality door bell and decided to try this one. I won't lower the rating for this since I am rating the product and not the delivery. But it did take a couple months for them to finally ship this product to me. I believe they manufactured it upon order. But for looks it as is pictured and the feel is definitely more substantial and quality.
