Great product that does not fit in the only wall carrier that Wayfair sells. After requesting additional info 3 times on this site, I never received any followup before purchasing the only wall mounting carrier that Wayfair sells - which of course is not compatible with this urinal.

selling practices, I just received this Item as stated on delivery date, upon opening the shipping container, it was well packed but was definitely a returned item that was previously shipped and opened by a prior customer, I took photos to insure what i am talking about, there is no flush valve or Stop Valve included, in with this item and it clearly states in the instructions that they are both required. neither of which are included in the Selling Description. although the Photo clearly shows an automatic Flush system. there is no reference of how to even order the 2 items from this vendor or the Manufacture. on this site I would not have ordered this item had I been aware it is not a complete unit. I am ordering Items for a home currently in the construction phase. Cons: Deceptive Selling Description and photos

But, it doesn't come with the automatic control valve. The picture is very misleading. The control valve is almost $520 which is extra item to purchase!

Looks great - not a traditional urinal - creates a style that the bathroom is modern.
