Between the online photo and the photos in the reviews, it's really hard to tell what colour wood to expect. Most of the review photos look vastly different from the one online, so I thought this would work for our bathroom remodel. Turns out the wood is very orangey and while it seems to be very well-built, we had to return this because it didn't go with anything else we already had purchased for our bathroom. Disappointed with the lack of communication from the company regarding returning the item. Other than an email response to my initial email saying they didn't have enough information, I never heard back again despite sending the order number, my full name, and address. I even reached out a second time to ask whether they received that information from me. The return shipping rate I was quoted before purchasing the vanity was worlds apart from the return shipping rate I am being charged by going through the website's normal process. I specifically reached out about this ahead of time since purchasing a vanity sight unseen is a bit unnerving, especially when the customer photos differ so greatly from what's online. So 4 stars for the vanity itself because it's very nice other than the colour of the wood, but 2 stars for the customer service.

Buyer Beware! This is not solid wood as described. I found out because the contractor had to cut into the shelving to accommodate plumbing. The craftsmanship and weight will fool anyone. I have multiple pieces of teak furniture from Indonesia in my home (same place this was manufactured) for comparison. I’m giving this item 1 star because it is a gorgeous vanity, however I would not have purchased it knowing that it was NOT solid wood.

This vanity is one of the most well crafted beautiful pieces of furniture I have ever purchased. Even the care in how it is. Packaged for shipping is top notch. I almost hate that it will be in a bathroom and not showcased in a more prominent location.

I’m so pleased with this vanity. It is heavy and has a high end look! The drawers are soft close. There is a pdf available in product info with specific measurements that was very detailed and helpful in planning. The delivery process was easy. We were able to adjust the date to our schedule. I was able to find the exact same Signature Hardware cabinet pulls for another piece of cabinetry in the same space where this is installed.

Gorgeous vanity. I've gotten lots of compliments on it! There is space behind the bottom drawers to run water lines up from the floor. It is solid wood and teak is the perfect bathroom wood. I bought a vanity top off of Wayfair and it fit perfectly.
