I’ve had this lock for a while now and will always recommend and subscribe to this lock it works well with my alarm and loving that I can give different codes to my family and can change them when need be would purchase again

Rather disappointed with the quality of the electronics. I’ve had to replace my front door lock three times over the last five or so years. The mechanical aspect of this lock is excellent. But the electronics are not durable and start to become intermittent after one to two years. Currently my lock responds to commands through the smart home hub, but the keypad is dead. Since entry using the keypad is the primary manner I open the lock, this is extremely inconvenient. After replacing this lock several times on both front and back doors, I will not use Schlage electronic locks again. Their locks are excellent, but whoever is manufacturing their electronics needs to be fired.

This is a life saver for anyone that forgets their keys! Have had this for like 4 years now and I have never had any issues with it!

I have no complaint about the customer service from Wayfair. I had issues getting this to work correctly, and could not; it was a lemon and Wayfair came through with a replacement very quickly. However, I am not happy with Schlage. You must read the very small print by checing multiple sites at Schlage. You must buy a home hub for another $150-$250 for this to work with Alexa or Google (why I bought it), so a $230 purchase became a $480 purchase. Wayfair service is the only reason this is not a Zero star.

Installed this lock no problem and it works as expected after reading the manual to learn how to proram some additional codes into it. It was a good price for the bright brass finish too. This is an older design/model but Schlage brand is rated tops for security among these digital home locks so I wanted Schlage. I would have purchased the newer model but I could not find it in Bright Brass finish and with the old fashioned key backup that I wanted to that is why I decided on this model.
