Look good but haven’t installed yet

These maybe knock-off fake Schlage locks! I can’t even get Wayfair to help me With the return and a refund. The lock backplate is very thin and very lightweight for an EXTERIOR door lock. I decided to return it fearing that it wasn’t strong enough for an exterior door lock. Then when we started to install it to try it out realized the screws were missing. We already had the old lock removed from the entry door so my husband ran to the hardware store and luckily found the same Schlage exterior lock. He bought it because it had all the screws and it felt heavier than the one from Wayfair. When we compared them they look the same however the one from Wayfair is much thinner and lighter in weight! Bizarre! This makes me think Wayfair is selling fake knock-off product under brand name. I’ve had 4 different Wayfair agents working with me on the return and refund and they all delay for days and then never follow through with me. Pretty disappointed considering how much product I’ve purchased from Wayfair during my last 2 years of remodeling my entire home.

I got this for mtyfront door and my friend put it on. Works great looks great and fast shipping too!
