This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with Wayfair. I've been changing all my door hardware and wanted to stay with Wayfair for all of it. I needed both deadbolts and locked entry knobs, plus a main entry set and wanted them all 10 keyed alike. Problem was the vendor web pages are inaccurate, describing the ability to have the locks keyed the same but not offering it as an option when you place your order. After wasting time with Wayfair's chat help, I finally decided to order the main entry set to get a starting keycode, then order the rest to match that. No problem I thought with the deadbolts, which order form accepted my keycode and the desire to have all the locks keyed to that. The other keyed entry locks I couldn't order through Wayfair, and once again wasted time chatting with 4 different CSR's on the same chat who could only tell me in the end that it wasn't possible, even though the web page CLEARLY described that as an option. So, I ordered those locks from another source. Anyway, my Wayfair order indicated my keycode and that I wanted all 4 deadbolts keyed the same and when they arrived they were all keyed the same BUT TO A DIFFERENT KEYCODE! Then my locks from the other vendor arrived, and they were all keyed alike to the correct keycode I'd provided. So, it was either send the deadbolts back to Wayfair and hope they could read a keycode or buy a rekey kit and rekey these 4 deadbolts myself. I opted for the latter. I'm out an additional $30 for the rekey kit, and learned a valuable lesson. Wayfair's chat CSR's are worse than worthless.
