This was my first time purchasing from Wayfair. If Google hadn't shown Wayfair as a seller of the item, I would not have ever thought to verify. Anyway ... No hassle and it was correctly key'ed as requested. (The option to have the key match an exiting Schlage lock was very useful and rare.) Delivery occurred on time (well, perhaps even 2 days earlier than I expected - but I'm not complaining). The box was intact and well treated.

Easy to install and looks great! Unfortunately I thought this would be a deadbolt as well but that knob is whether the keypad is in use or not. Too easy for my son to open, but thats my fault for not reading correctly. Mentioning so someone else wont make same mistake.
