The bristles of this tool are too soft and too long. Also, they shouldn't be "angled". Other vacuums offer brush tools with stiffer, shorter, equal-length bristles that perform much better.

Low star rating reviews must be trolling. I have this brush, and it is essentially same as Dyson's. Brush is soft, length is actually better than Dyson, yet people are leaving 1-star reviews here and 5-star reviews for Dyson.

This tool has a too long and soft brush, which means that there is not enough vacuum effect. The tool itself could also have been a bit smaller. And unfortunately, Samsung does not have an alternative that could be purchased and replaced.
