Had trouble getting the spray to work from new. Only worked twice. Cannot get it to work anymore

Hello All, I had similar issue with the sweeper - it didn’t spray water. Finally, I spend 10 minutes pressing the ‘+’ as it is written in the instructions. Nothing happened. I got frustrated and wanted to dismantled it, but only before doing it and I decide to put it upside down and press + couple more times. It worked

I bought this 6 months ago and it stopped working, warranty team claims that this wont be covered and asking to buy a new one.

We bought this and it does not spray, its brand new and does not spay.
