I've been super happy with my Rohl shower system! I had it installed about a year and a half ago and it has performed well. Beautiful products!

This device has been installed for only a few months and is already broken and leaking badly. The inner rubber tube has either cracked or become separated inside the metal casing. Regardless, water now sprays out of the top of the metal casing. This was not an inexpensive product.

I expected for $100 this would feel substantial like the same Rohl hose I was replacing, but this feels very light, like plastic and feels like a poor duplicate was substituted for the same price.

I am on my 4th shower hose. Someday I’ll find a whole new handheld shower but until then I will plan on replacing the hose about every 6months.
