I was able to put together during the snow storm. Insert came last but I did need assistance and a power drill to get the screws put in. One was missing but I had one that worked. I also needed a new remote and CS got it FedEx with 2 days. No complaints and if you’re sitting on the fence go for it!!

This is the perfect piece to complete our living room. It’s more stylish than we had hoped. It took just me about 2 hrs to assemble and get in place but absolutely worth it. Assembly is not difficult and would definitely be quicker if you have more hands. The delivery came in 2 boxes and was a heavy lift. The faux stone elevates the feel of the room and it does great to heat the whole room (~ 250 SqFt). The detail and size of the mantle is also a nice touch that I didn’t fully appreciate in my research. Overall, it is well made and highly recommend. 1 to the others who suggested waiting until the end to tighten the bolts. And thank you! It made a big difference.

I was very impressed with the quality and style of the fire place. It looks better in person and most of all it looks so elegant in my family room. I will enjoy the fire place for a long time. Thank you for all your great items and your wonderful service. Your staff is always so helpful and kind.

Product extremely well made. Solid hard wood. Heater works well. Number of flame choices. Number of temp choices. The only reason I didn't 5 stars is the unit does not have a blower, at least I haven't found it.
