I can’t believe how good this product is. The instructions could be better sometimes the pics were un clear as to which side was which, but it’s perfect, bigger then expected but fits our space great. The heat and color options are way cool!

Horrible! Does not heat 1000 square feet. Also check home voltage circuit breaker went off constantly. Can't return it total waist of money. My tiny space heater works so much better. Very disappointed.

We love this fireplace. It is the perfect size, it's sturdy and the look of the fire and different color choices are beautiful. And it puts out great heat! Only complaint is that it was a bit confusing to put together since the parts are not labeled, and the screw holes did not match up well.
