Wonderful experience.

Wonderful purchase! It looks beautiful in our 114 year old brick home. Great quality. We added some pretty trim to the front, but you don’t need to do that. It’s gorgeous enough.

Good value for the price. The firebox itself is great, has awesome flame effects, works well with the remote, and has many great functions. The only drawback is the visible red glow of the heating element at the center top of the firebox. Many others I've owned were designed to place the heating element in an inconspicuous location. The mantel is just OK. Much of it is composed of laminated material designed to mimic real wood, but does miss the mark somewhat. Overall, we like it - especially for the price. If we buy another one, we will spend the extra $$ and go with 100% real wood.

part missing and remote wasn't in Have contacted customer service and no reply. If I don't hear from them, I will return it.
