Perfect height and size. Looks so high end! I love it.

This fireplace completely transformed my living room. The white mantel gives it a clean, classic look, while the stone detail adds texture and dimension. It feels elegant without being overpowering. This fireplace is wholly disappointing. The prices come together super poorly. The provided screws are too long to use without damaging the faceplate, for example. They’re too long and create visible bumps and cracks. I had to use clamps to ensure alignment of the side pieces and there are still gaps that need to be filled with caulk to look passable. At this price point I expected much much more. The faux stone is marginal and doesn’t align with the other pieces well. If I had paid a quarter of the sale price I did, I could be more forgiving. But several hundred over a grand for this poor quality is ridiculous. I didn’t even mention how the top arrived with paint blobs, scraped and dented edges, and a weird dark splotch. Overall very poor product that isn’t worth the price tag. If you squint from across the room, it looks just ok. The fireplace fan is pretty quiet. The color range selection is limited at best, and the flames and logs look super fake. Again, from across the room it just looks acceptable. If this isn’t a focal point and merely a feature in the room, and if you get a unit without the damage and quality issues, I guess it’d be ok if it goes on further close out sale. By the way, customer service is looking at my case. They sent photos to the manufacturer, meaning I have to wait for the company to respond and keep the huge packaging materials until resolution, which is entirely inconvenient in my space. I almost forgot to mention that the paint rubs off when the unit is touched! I thought it was dust but I am pretty sure it’s just poor materials.

Love it! Was Leary of ordering without being about to actually see it in person, but lucked out! All parts were there, nothing broken, a very small space on one side at bottom where attached to base, caulk will take care of that! Was worried the faux stone would look too fake, but it is good! Think it looks great, happy that I purchased it!!

I Love Love Love my fireplace and it has changed my entire room! So cozy, great heat, easy to assemble. So happy with this purchase, you can’t go wrong with this one!
