I looked at several of these fireplaces on this website and this one did not really show the hollow back. It is very disappointing because this one cost over 700 and doesn’t have a complete back. Also the plain wood shows! It isn’t even painted the white color of the mantel. Overall the flame is nice. They don’t tell you in the video that the temperature of the fireplace heater starts at 71 degrees. I am giving a 3 star because cost does not match what we received overall.

The unit arrived when expected, but there was a damaged piece. I was disappointed but thought Id assemble it anyway, paint the damaged piece and put it in place. What relief to see that the damaged piece isnt visible at all! The fireplace is a perfect addition to our living room. The heater works very well, too. One thing that annoyed me was that it dropped in price 2 days after I ordered it...

Looks great , heater is awesome. Heats up our family room nicely. Took about 1 hour to put together and just plugged the heater in and works well.
