Great fireplace! I have a very small living room and was looking for an electric fireplace! There was some damage to the corner of the top… Real Flame has amazing customer service and sent me out a new top the very next day… easy to put together, but you really need two people to install the firebox… I see a lot of complaints regarding the lack of predrilled holes for the firebox installation, but I did not find this an issue…highly recommend!
