Love this Beau 59” Electric fireplace. We purchased the Smart edition as it offers more flexibility with the colors and settings. It arrived in 3 days! It was securely packaged and mantel parts were all numbered. We recommend laying out the parts and reading the assembly instructions which will save time in the long run. Don’t tighten the parts all the way until the end.This will be paramount especially when it’s time to fit the firebox into the mantel opening! The quality is exceptional. We love that it also came with faux driftwood pieces, acrylic pebbles and glass chunks for achieving different looks. The dark walnut color is dark espresso brown with reddish brown undertones. Flames are realistic both in color and speed. You can adjust colors of main flame, secondary flame and embers. Works off touch buttons, remote or on the app via a smart phone. Also, embers can be turned off completely which looks even more realistic. The heating unit works exceptionally well and can be adjusted from 71 lowest on up or off entirely. The heating element doesn’t stand out or glow red as some less expensive brands and the vent is in the center instead of floor level which heats the room better. The blower is much quieter than other brands, but can still be heard faintly.This is a beautiful fireplace. Pictures don’t do it justice.
