I'm not a pro cook, but I filled the small bottle with olive oil to use on in fry pans. Much better control of the amount of oil being used compared to pouring from the bottle

I like that the set is for 2 different uses the large tip sauce or dressing and the smaller tip can be used for oils.

Glad I run into these. Such good quality, will be very useful everyday. It is hard to find good ones. Better yet cannot believe the great price. Win win..
