Love the mailbox! Ordered it personalized - great quality. I decided I wanted the monogram and contacted the company and they were super responsive and were able to help order it and ship to my house. Looks great

It's nice. The top cover was a little out of whack (bent) but it somewhat formed an arch so it's hard to tell that it is wasn't designed that way (lucky me!). I would have returned it for another but experience informs that the next one could be worse lol.
