Missing the latch/no guts for the knob- very misleading!

These are stunning and the quality is unmistakable. I purchased for all of our doors and there’s not doubt that these will stand the test of time. Highly recommend!

Ordered this to match another set in Oil Rubbed bronze and they initially looked great. What Nostalgic Warehouse doesn’t tell you is that their Oil Rubbed Bronze is considered a “living finish” and it will rub off after a short period of time. Because of this, it is not covered under the 5 year warranty. When dealing with NW’s customer service, I was told I could purchase replacements for a discount. This is not something anyone should hear only a few months after purchasing the product. Buyer beware!
