We were excited to get this cause we had had an electric waffle maker in the past and it is very hard to clean. This seemed a great alternative as you can submerge it in water. We only use this on most Sundays so note that it's only been used like 50 times. The first 25 times were great and then slowly no matter what we did, how we cleaned it, the different types of oils we used, the amount of oil we used, the waffle mixture we used....the waffle always stuck. You could not get the waffle out. It was stuck inside every crevice and you had to literally pick out all the pieces. This is an expensive item and this was frustrating. So after exactly one year of using it only one day a week if that, our sweet heart waffle maker went in the garbage!

Was a bit of a challenge at first but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty easy to use! My waffles look lovely!

This waffle maker is perfect in every way! It is easy and fun. Our granddaughters love making waffles every morning they are with us. And you can take it camping and put it on a cook stove or I think you could even use it on a grate over a campfire. I'm going to get a second one to have on hand down the road.
