Disappointed. Workmanship had a lot to be desired. One of the screws that held the leg post to the sign could not be screwed all the way in because the S in Sunset extended down in the lower section. See picture.

I bought this for my grandma’s house after we were having some challenges with pizza deliveries. Have gotten so many compliments on it! It’s held up for several years now with no change - materials not only look nice but are very durable for the outdoors

We have enjoyed this sign. Had it for a couple of years now and it’s nice quality.

So much smaller than expected. But has held up for more than a year!

The sign design was what I wanted. Price was right.
