My plumber said this mounting kit was not what I need to go with the Moen tub filler I ordered even though Wayfair recommended I order this for the tub filler

These were required for my faucet, and do the job.

What I know is that Wayfair advertised this item along with the 615BN Moen Cia One Handle Freestanding Floor Mount Tub Filler with Handshower, Mounting Kit Required and this is the "wrong" tub filler mounting system. I followed your recommendation for this required item for the expensive Moen tub filler I purchased. In speaking to your rep yesterday, I was told I was not going to get a refund or at minumum a store credit I requested, as I have been spending thousands of dollars on your site for my home restoration project. Because I just "missed the 90-day" window I was told I am not eligible for the credit although you/Wayfair advertised the wrong product to go with the tub filler. I spoke with Moen directly today to confirm the correct mounting system and told them of my situation with you/Wayfair. My contractor just started on my master bath therefore the mid Dec. purchase is just past the 90 days. I was told no exceptions and was not allowed to speak with management! This is a poor business policy and no accountability for providing wrong information. Unacceptable!
