Our customers say

Customers generally find the product's functionality to be effective, with many appreciating its ability to detect leaks and provide peace of mind. Installation is often described as simple and quick. However, there are significant concerns regarding connectivity, with frequent reports of devices going offline and difficulty reconnecting. Ease of use is also a mixed bag, with some finding it straightforward while others struggle with setup and app integration. Features are criticized for poor software performance and a lack of integration with other smart home systems.

Terrible. I tried to activate two of the three and neither would activate. Returning for a full refund was not an option. I could only receive a replacement refund minus 20%.Hopefully, the next shipment will activate.

After the purchase, I realize there were some reviews that were really quite mixed. Apparently, sometimes these units connect to Wi-Fi and sometimes they don’t in my experience they didn’t.

Only one of three works. The battery did not fit the prongs. Super sensitive.

The Moen Flo Detector is a WiFi-enabled moisture sensor that can be placed near sinks, appliances, and other water-risk areas in your home. When it detects water where it shouldn’t be, the Flo Detector sends an immediate alert through the Moen Flo App, and can automatically trigger the Flo Shutoff to turn off your water. Most leak detectors stop at the alert, but the Flo Detector goes further. The moment it finds moisture, it sounds an audible alarm, emits a blinking LED light, and sends a real-time notification through the Moen Flo App so you know about water and moisture, whether you are home or away, before it becomes a problem. Pair the Flo Detector with the Moen Flo Shutoff for complete whole-home coverage. When the two work together, the Flo Detector triggers the Shutoff to automatically close the moment moisture is found. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.
