Customers report that the product functions well, with great water control and ease of care. However, there are significant concerns regarding the product's design and appearance, with multiple reviewers noting that the handles project out from the trim, creating an unappealing look. Installation is also cited as a challenge, with some experiencing difficulties with mounting and a persistent dripping issue. Quality is generally viewed positively, though some find the handle fitment not as close as depicted in promotional images.
