this item was needed to mount the Belfield Single Handle Freestanding Tub Filler that we purchased for our bathroom remodel for the freestanding tub - it was priced good thru Wayfair and arrived with the other package on time.

Nowhere in the description does it explain that the mounting system can only be used with Moen tub filler faucet (costing between $1500-$1800); I purchased an off-market brand that apparently does not require such a device. I am just beyond 30 days to return since there was a delay in getting started with our project.

Had difficulty finding this part from local sources. So happy Wayfair had it. The quick ship kept our renovation project on schedule.

worked great for our free standing Moen faucet on a concrete slab!
