The wall mount ceiling fan control is just as advertised. Don’t have to worry about losing the remote to run the fan. Love it!

So easy to install…all of my fans are being switched out tonModern Forms.

I like the remote it looks clean, pretty simple to install. the reaction time can be a little slow for the light, but overall I really like it as nice alternative to looking for the remote or using the app.

A bit of work to install but looks good and my standard wall plates fit without issue

I bought 3 of these and on 2 of them so far the buttons have sunk in and broken off within 6 months of installing them. I cannot get Modern Forms to take responsibility and cover them under the 1 year manufacturers warranty.

I love how easy it was to connect this and control our new fan. An elegant solution for when there are not separate lines for the fan and the lights. Update - This no longer works and has been discontinued because it is a known problem. And I unfortunately have no recourse because I waited to install it and it is past and deadlines.

Works flawlessly with modern forms fans and a great alternative to the old two switch setups.

I purchased in error. It was not compatible with my fan.

Nice wall mount, easy to understand, seems like solid quality.
