The manufactor gave me partial refund or I could be fully refunded. I choose partial because it was a pain the install it and it looks pretty without the light on. The problem are, it came with big brokpiece on bottom corner of log not easy to see so I opt to keep as is. With discount. The logs look great when direct straight looking but There's a huge gap in between the logs that shows the light BRIGHT of the mechanical internal parts.

Its noisy - not in a good way. It doesnt make the crackling sound of a fire. It makes a constant rhythmic grinding noise that is quite detracting and distracting. Think noisy refrigerator sounds. I wish it would just be quiet as was implied.

Enjoying the ambiance. I wish there was more heat output.
