The window is handcrafted utilizing the copperfoil construction process and 192 pieces of stained art glass encased in a solid brass frame. This lovely window is a creation to be forever treasured. I was so excited to get these windows until they arrived, and I was so disappointed how sloppy they were done. No clean lines and some of the glass looks broke but it's not. Can I get a new window set? Please help....
