I first ordered this item in early January 2016 and it arrived with-in 4 days, but sadly it had a smail hairline crack right in the middle of the glass. I contacted Wayfair right away and they informed me they would ship anaother one to me. I received another one with-in 3 days !! I have never experienced such good service with an on line order. This is an excellent company to deal with! I absolutely love my stained glass panel. I highly recommend Wayfair to everyone !! Pros: Beautiful work !!
