I like that this design is understated. It's a subtle touch, and adds a warm glow. However… the frame is very cheaply made and detracts from the art. When a design is this simple, you can see everything.
Details: The frame is a lightweight wood, heavily stained/painted; mine has a few striations & pings
(You might say it's rustic, but it's more basement chic to me.)
Mounting: has brackets on the back end that cut across each corner of the stained glass. You're left with rounded corners instead of straight angles. This wasn't part of the original design, so I don't think it should have been mounted this way. Also, the mount isn't sturdy -you can easily lift the glass from the frame by prying off the brackets.
Artwork: The artwork on my piece is patterned with a warm yellow on the left side of each floral stem; takes away from the random charm of stained glass coloring. It's too patterned.
Overall: Such a lightweight (about 10lbs) and cheaply framed piece shouldn't be priced this high. It's an okay piece, but should cost less. Best features: Fits nicely across the bottom of my window, and the glass is nicely textured.
Pros: Beautifully textured glass
Cons: Cheaply framed
