The glass panels were beautiful, however the clear glass pieces had several that were cracked in all three panels.

The window is more transparent than I thought, so it is not good for providing privacy. The colors are not true to what is shown on the ad.

It's lovely, but the picture on your website shows it with hanging hooks on four sides, but it only has them on two sides. We had planned to hang this vertically using two brackets at the ends of a short side, but cannot do that, so now we are searching for a metal worker who can modify the frame -- very frustrating.

Beautiful stained glass window! My only complaint is that in the photo, it shows hangers on all four sides so that it can be hung either vertically, or horizontally. When it arrived, it only had hangers to hang the piece horizontally, and I had purchased it to hang vertically! I could not use it for the window I wanted to put it in.

Love this on my front door! Quality is great!
