Experience was exceptional from ordering, shipping and delivery by outstanding employees, Austin and David. Could not believe how company was in constant communication as to the precise time and date of delivery. Overall, surpassed all expectations.

I waited and waited and saved and saved for this gate and it arrived broken. The bell was just thrown in on top of the already wrapped product, so it had to have come from the manufacturer like that.

Delivery much faster than expected right to our front door. Gate is very heavy & very Beautiful it is a statement piece !
