What was delivered is not what is in the picture! They show that picture but send something else and it will not work with my door the way I want it to . I want the one in the picture. They have offered me 50.00 off of a 200 door hardware that I don’t want and can’t use . I won’t be making any more purchase.

I love these ADA pocket door locks - they look very stylish and I can't wait to see if my daughter can open the turn piece -
